ABOUT SAW CUTTING
Saw cutting provides an efficient, versatile way to cut metal stock to length and prepare components for welding, machining, forming, and assembly. Depending on the equipment and application, saw cutting can produce accurate straight or angled cuts across a variety of material shapes and sizes.
South Bay Fabrication offers in-house cold saw and band saw cutting, including miter-cutting capabilities, allowing us to efficiently process tube, pipe, bar, structural shapes, and other metal stock for custom components and fabricated assemblies.

Doringer D350 Cold Saw
Our Doringer D350 cold saw provides accurate, clean cutting of metal stock for components that require precise lengths and quality cut edges. Cold saw technology uses a slower-turning circular blade to minimize heat buildup while producing consistent cuts, making it well suited for preparing material for subsequent welding, machining, and assembly.

FMB Titan Miter-Cutting Bandsaw
Our FMB Titan bandsaw provides versatile, accurate cutting and mitering of metal stock for fabrication. Its large cutting capacity and ability to produce angled cuts up to 60° make it well suited for preparing tube, pipe, bar, profiles, and other materials for welding and assembly.

Delta 36-L336 Unisaw
Our Delta 36-L336 Unisaw provides accurate, repeatable cutting and material sizing for specialty fabrication and assembly applications. Its 36" Biesemeyer precision fence system provides consistent material positioning for straight, controlled cuts.
